Du statut de la journaliste d'investigation

Depuis le temps que j'en cause, vous n'avez vraiment aucune excuse pour ignorer l'existence de  monsieur Terry Pratchett. Après avoir beaucoup parlé de magiciens et de sorcières, il s'est tourné vers des sujets plus  complexes : les hitoires policières, l'histoire de la presse, et plus récemment l'invention du système postal.
Son dernier opus, Making Money, traite de l'abandon de l'étalon-or et la création de la première banque moderne d'Ankh-Morpork.
Et si vous vous imaginez qu'un livre pareil ne peut être que rasoir, vous vous mettez le doigt dans l'oeil à vous gratter l'omoplate de l'intéreur...

Voici un petit extrait de la pensée du héros, au moment d'une interview par une journaliste :

The lady in the boardroom was certainly an attractive woman, but since she worked for the Times Moist felt unable to award her total ladylike status. Ladies didn't fiendishly quote exactly what you said but didn't exactly mean, or hit you around the ear with unexpectedly difficult questions. Well, come to think of it, they did, quite often, but she got paid for it.
